As full time real estate investors, the founders of Phi Realty relied on brokers for information about residential and commercial properties they wanted to consider purchasing. They found that days would pass by and if they were lucky enough to actually get a return phone call, the listing broker rarely had much more information about the property.

When buyers are being represented by a broker, the brokers most often only show them properties on the MLS or which the brokers have been given to sell by another client.
